Lotus Pinnatus Ridge- Nanaimo
Hayat contracting has been selected to working on the largest subdivision property in Nanaimo to design and build 500 dwelling units . Hayat Contracting and the developer intend to develop the residential property at 103 Lotus Pinnatus Way in Nanaimo, BC. The redevelopment project will consider the following:
- The development and subdivision of 92 acres into 20 multi-family lots for the purposes of developing a variety of residential uses from single family (bungalow and multi-storey), townhouse, and condominium which is consistent with City of Nanaimo for the proposed uses and densities.

Hayat Residences in Nanaimo-5320 Tanya Drive
Hayat Residence in Nanaimo is our current project Located in North Nanaimo Vancouver Island- BC. The project will be our flagship and we are designing the site to provide 37 multi-family housing options in a primarily unique single-family area of Nanaimo facing the ocean. The proposed residential units will be 1, 2 or 3 bedroom + den, with below-building attached garages, single person elevators and rooftop patios.
All finishes will be durable and suitable to a development of this level of quality. Pedestrian and bicycle links are created on the site and linked to the adjacent existing. systems. We are designing that All Building share the same architectural style, materials, massing and detailing with variety which is created by their varying heights as they step up the site, each facing the access road and looking down the slope. The Hayat Residences In Coquitlam consists of 2 semi-detached homes crafted with large windows, hardwood floors & central a/c. Kitchens with stone counter-tops & stainless steel appliances. Spa-inspired baths with elegant fixtures. UNIT 11 is a 2,146 sf 3 bedroom +den, games room & east-facing outdoor space. Hayat Residences- Coast Meridian Coquitlam
Hayat Contracting completed the Water Course Development Permit for this marvellous private development. This unique, 1.29-acre development property is located within the wonderful, natural environment of the Upper Hyde Creek Neighbourhood in Coquitlam. Our company worked on the development and rezoning into four large residential lots, ranging in size from 6900-8600 sqft – all spacious enough to accommodate estate-like homes up to 6000 sqft.
Oak Hill Estates – Maple Ridge
The Property was developed in accordance with urban residential standard for RS-1b One Family Urban Residential Special Residential with a minimum lot size of 557m2 and 15-meter lot widths. Excellent architectural designs with unique elements to provide specific beauty for each home with natural lighting with estates feel. Hayat worked on the rezoning and the developments of 23702 Maple Ridge
We also worked with the client to produce Architectural Design Guidelines contained herein are intended for all participating stakeholders involved in the design and construction process of the Oak Hill community located within the City of Maple Ridge.
Hayat Residences in Langley-20081 68th Ave.
Hayat Residence is located in the heart of the serene Willoughby neighbourhood in the Township of Langley, British Columbia.
